قرر مجموعة من المنتمين للحز ب الوهابي حز ب النور عمل هيئة اسموها الامر بالمعروف و النهي عن المنكر ز ي اللي موجودة في بلاد الحجاز او السعودية حاليا
المصيبة ان تلك الهيئة المز عومة سوف تجعل من الامر وظيفة و تعطي من يقوم بها خمسمائة جنية في الشهر بشرط التفرغ لثمان ساعات يوميا و طبعا اول من سيتعرض لهم هؤلاء هم البنات لذلك انصح كل فتاة و حتي كل شاب ان يقوم بعمل محضر عدم تعدي لاي فرد من تلك الجماعة يحاول التعرض بالقول او الفعل لهم غير ان منظمات المجتمع المدني ان تحرك دعوة ضد تلك الهيئة بعدم قانونيتها و مخالفتها للمادة ال 17 من الدستور
كل اعتداء على الحرية الشخصية أو حرمة الحياة الخاصة للمواطنين وغيرها من الحقوق والحريات العامة التي يكفلها الدستور والقانون جريمة لا تسقط الدعوى الجنائية ولا المدنية الناشئة عنها بالتقادم ، وتكفل الدولة تعويضا عادلا لمن وقع عليه الاعتداء .
